Data Quarantining

Quarantined data is data that has errored out multiple times during attempts to forward it. It has been removed from the forward queue in order to allow other data to pass. The most common reason for data quarantining is an invalid schema in the database for the data that is being stored.

Quarantined data will be held indefinitely until it is either deleted or re-inserted into the queue manually.

Quarantined data is controlled from the Quarantine Control tab under Databases > Store and Forward. The data is listed according to store and forward engine and the data format, with a description, the error that caused the quarantine, and the number of quarantined records. Next to the record, there are options to Delete and Retry.

Delete

Permanently delete the data in the selected row. All transactions of the selected type will be deleted.

Retry

Un-quarantine the data and place it back in the forward queue.
